Stupid Drivers

A woman who was supposed to be driving on her lane drove on mine at a sharp turn this afternoon, and because of that, she hit my car. No, we didn't collide. The word would imply that I was driving really fast and had no reaction time, when in fact I managed to brake before she hit me. She drove really fast, so she hit me. In case you were wondering why she didn't swerve out of the way when she saw me was that high fences (sort of) were erected on the inside of the road, blocking our view. In all fairness, she probably had no idea that I was on the road.

That's the objective, calm report.

Why the f*cking hell was she on my side of the road? When I got out of the car to check the damage, the first thing she asked me was, "Awak lesen P eh?". That riled me up more than anything. As if my P contributed to this. And she said "Awak pun bawak laju".

...

Sigh. At which point am I wrong? I was in my lane, like I'm supposed to. I didn't drive irresponsibly by being in the opposite lane at a sharp turn like that. For heaven's sake, why would she do something SO STUPID? Second, if she wanted to accuse me of driving fast, let's hit the rewind button ey. I managed to brake on time, she braked after she hit my car. Who looks guilty to you? And I know my driving. I may be guilty of running over people's flower pots or hitting a tiang parking, but that's due to my shortness more than anything. I can't see much over the hood of my car if I don't sit on a pillow. I am not guilty of negotiating sharp turns with the style of a rally driver.

In the end, I had to let go of the whole thing. The route I was on would put me in more trouble than the damage to the car would. Before saying farewell, I held out my hand as a sign of good faith. We shook hands, and she sort of hugged me. At the time, I wasn't angry. Like I said, my feelings are always a little slow in catching up to the now. Her parting words were, "So dua-dua sorry eh?".

Kepala hotak kau. I was right and you were wrong. You should be sorry. I should be compensated.

Then on my way home, the same thing nearly happened again. This time, a male driver got into my lane and narrowly missed scratching my car. I honked really hard. That was all I could do.

Conclusion, I hate these two f*cking idiots and driving is stressful. The End.
